This can occur because you’re going through a difficult time, letting negative thoughts and emotions take control.

Holding on to your emotions takes A LOT of energy. You have to pretend to be something you’re not until you make other people believe it. Trapped emotions create fatigue and depression. Each emotion carries it’s own vibration (with shame and guilt vibrating the lowest). When you carry lots of emotional baggage full of heavy vibrations, it brings your vibration down as well. You can’t be happy and upbeat when you’re carrying grief, anger, anxiety, and unworthiness around.
