Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Ashley moved to Baton Rouge and attended LSU where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2005. Throughout her studies at LSU, she felt drawn to alternative medicine and therapies. After graduation, she decided to pursue a career in massage therapy where she could help people feel better, relax more and feel good about themselves in this stress filled world. This lead her to enroll in the massage program at Medical Training College of Baton Rouge where she graduated in 2006
Ashley has been practicing massage therapy and healing modalities for over 13 years.
Throughout that time, she has continued her education and specialized in both pain and stress relieving techniques.

Ashley has been practicing massage and distance healing techniques for over a decade and is a Mind/Body intuitive with a gift for healing. This enables her to help you get to the root of your challenges and work through them quickly. She loves helping people feel better in their bodies so they can get back to living the life of their dreams.
From 2009 to 2011, she felt compelled to give back in a bigger way. Ashley is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV) where she served as a Health Extension Agent in Zambia, Africa. She lived in a mud hut in a rural African village where she and her husband taught villagers about health, nutrition and fish farming methods.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, gardening, yoga and reading.
