RELAXATION

Gentle, soothing massages and alternative therapies are also an option to help you reduce stress and boost your immune system. Allow me to bring you back to your center with a relaxing Swedish massage, Emotion Code Session, Reiki treatment or spa treatment. Plant Therapy Essential Oil Aromas and Hot Towels are included in all massages. 

HEALTH

To restore your muscles back to health I use deep tissue massage, myofascial release, stretching and a variety of other modalities. After a detailed consultation, I create a custom massage plan to meet your body's specific needs. 

I am trained to manipulate soft tissue in such a way that aids the healing process, enhances the function of muscles and increases your range of motion. I treat a variety of soft tissue injuries, aid in the healing process before and after surgery, and restore the use of immobilized joints (think frozen shoulder). This is where my passion lies and you can rest assured knowing there can be relief from pain and discomfort.
